Hiiiiiiiiiii guys. Here's your first activity from me. Hope you enjoy it :x !
Activity: Titles and Theories
Points: Participation Only ; 10 Points Only
Deadline: Sunday, 15 July at 01:00 AM UTC -- Convert the time here!
Details: Participants will choose a song title and write a small description (we'll say 50 - 100 words) as to why that title would/could be a book in the Restricted section! This is totally for the lulz.
Example: "SONG TITLE" by ARTIST -- Insert some mumbo-jumbo on how certain lyrics of the songs are (a) chapters in the book or (b) excerpts from the book and how/why it's in the Restricted Section because of said chapters/excerpts.
**Try to use different songs from people who have already done the activity!
There will be NO grace period! So sign the ROSTER or Madam Pince will call you depraved!

Song Title&Artist: Volcano by Damien Rice
Reasons Why: This book is actually about transfiguration and charms that cause mass destruction. One chapter states, "You give me miles and miles of mountains/And I'll ask for the sea" and further instructs the reader on how to transfigure entire mountain ranges into a sea. You can see why that might be "destructive." In another chapter, it gives the reader a spell to completely remove volcanoes from a landscape. If you wish to do this, you can recite, "Don't build your world around/Volcanos melt you down/What I am to you is not real/and what I am to you, you do not need." Followed by a few wand flourishes and you can change an entire environment. But these examples, as well as other found in this book, can cause irreversible damage to wildlife and the echo system, so they should only be used by very experienced wizards and with the proper licenses from the Ministry.
