Details: Every summer we have new fashion trends but do you like them? What would you change?
And do you think the Harry Potter characters would wear them?

So let's have a little debate. It's about fashion and I know that I love to talk about what models have been wearing on the runway (and well, when watching Germany's next topmodel I also laugh about the "models")
Anyways, like every summer there are some must-wears - at least that's what Fashion magazines tell us. But what do you think about these must-wears? Do you like them? Hate them? And would Hermione, Ron, Draco or Snape wear them? I googled some of the trends and posted the pictures so you have an idea what to talk about.

Get Graphic: While I'm not a fan of that specific outfit in the example, nor am I a fan of what is usually on the runway these days, I do actually really love graphic fashion. In the winter I'm all for neutral colors but when it comes to the spring/summer time I very much enjoy bright colors and unique designs. Especially on dresses! But I think there's a limit on how much design you have in an outfit, you need to know yours boundaries with this trend.

90's Nostalgia: I just....no. The 90's were wonderful but there was literally no fashion sense in the 90's, at all. The 90's should never be relive when it comes to the clothes people wore. Just, no.

Sexy Sixties: While I'm more into the 40's-50's trends, there is something at the 60's fashion that is intoxicating. All of the short dresses are so adorable, and all the designs are so engaging.

Cropped trousers: I don't think this is as bad as some people may think. I think as long as the men who do this wear nice socks and the right shoes, it could definitely work. It may look a tad weird on taller men, though.

Grey on Grey: Huh, i'm a little torn on this one. While I like the full grey suit, I'm not sure how I feel about the grey shirt underneath as well. I think it may be a bit too much. If the shirt was a blue or another dark color, it would work better.

Belted Coats: I definitely love this trend. It's been around for a while, though, so it's nothing special. It's very classic and elegant. I like.

Hahaha I agree with you on the 90s please never making a comeback. XD The 80s is bad enough...

I think the get graphic trend is one I'm willing to experiment with. It's not something that's entirely too outrageous but can be really well done if pulled off nicely.

Cropped trousers just makes me think wrong size, I don't know. It's hard to see it and not think it's lacking some semblance of proportionality.

So much word to your get graphic comments! I also love bright colors and unique designs for summer, but there is such a thing as too much design! Which I think the photo is.

I just can't see the cropped trousers as a good trend. It just looks to me like someone bought pants that were not long enough.
