Details: Every summer we have new fashion trends but do you like them? What would you change?
And do you think the Harry Potter characters would wear them?

So let's have a little debate. It's about fashion and I know that I love to talk about what models have been wearing on the runway (and well, when watching Germany's next topmodel I also laugh about the "models")
Anyways, like every summer there are some must-wears - at least that's what Fashion magazines tell us. But what do you think about these must-wears? Do you like them? Hate them? And would Hermione, Ron, Draco or Snape wear them? I googled some of the trends and posted the pictures so you have an idea what to talk about.

See in my books a belted coat for summer does make some sense. It does rain in the summer, so you could easily have a belted trench coat to protect you from the rain. Granted depending on where you live it might rain less but in some places it rains lots during the summer.

Well we do have rain in the summer but it is mostly of the 20 minute torrential down pour type, so trench coats don't really help that much. People just learn to wait it out. I do see, though, how the coats might be useful for some other climates.

Yeah, coats are very good to have here! It's often down in the 50s at night over the summer---you want to have some sort of jacket over your day-time tees. ;)

Also, from above---oh my god tiny backpacks. I remember those. Uuuuugh.
