Details: We're going to play Twenty Questions, but it's going to involve really obscure characters. Realllly obscure.

Wow, these points were awkward to work out. I'm going to post these results up first (I have 3 to do tonight and that's not counting that Hogsmeade Scattegories game I totes haven't forgotten about), because it's the fiddliest, and I want to give as much time over as possible to potential issues arising.

Doom and gloom aside there, it was a good turnout. Only two characters remained unguessed at the end of play! So what's occuring here?

One thing I'd like to draw attention to is the clause in the game's rules: If the player does answer a posed Yes/No question within 72 hours, they get 2 points for each one they answer. It's capped at 10 points per game, for a maximum of 20 points for responses. In order to max out, the player MUST do other stuff!

I did honour this, but in hindsight it felt a bit harsh. A lot of people only got 10 points from a (sometimes) long game, and not all returned for a second. I wish I'd awarded points for questions, too. Oh well; duly noted.

Everyone was excellent in answering questions. I don't think anyone got to grab 3 free points anywhere? High fives all round!

Several of you went wayyy above and beyond the call of duty, playing extra games just for fun. Thank you for keeping active with this- it made me smile :)

Two people had threads that remained unsolved! They were anbyrobanby (myself) and fvck (of Ravenclaw). I intended to award unsolved threads 5 bonus points so long as they were live for a reasonable length of time, but as one of these is myself I'm wary of that coming off badly. Let me know if you'd rather this didn't happen (Cait maxed out irrespective, so she would not lose out from any revoking).

Nobody exceeded 20 questions! This is a good indicator that you all kick ass.

here, let me comment on all your results posts~ i really enjoyed this activity (also! seriously you have some of the most creative and involved ideas). tbh i thought the points were super confusing so i just did some guessing around for fun so even i'm surprised with my total. (after evy's super hard one, i gave up on guessing yours - i'm sorry!)

imo it doesn't come off badly at all; it was in the rules. you should get those 5 points! :)

I thought this was a really fun activity!! In case anyone was curious, my character that didn't get guessed was Bob Ogden. xD
