CHARM: Glacius
CHARACTER: Bobby Drake from X-Men
Bobby Drake, AKA Iceman, has the power of cryokinesis - he can reduce the kinetic energy of atoms, effectively reducing their temperature (to the point of freezing them, if he wants). If he were a charm, Bobby would be glacius, which conjures freezing cold air. It can be used to create ice blocks, put out fires, etc. It seems like it's more or less his power in wand form. It would be interesting to know if the charm could be controlled to only lower the temperature to a certain degree... it can create a thick sheet of ice on a large body of water almost instantly, but how much of its effect was due to intent?

This seems like a perfect fit. They go hand and hand. It's almost like the spell is mimicing his natural abilities as a mutant.
