I think Tonks would be good as Achillea (Yarrow). It is a tough, drought-resistant plant. It comes in a variety of colors, attracts beneficial allies, and repels pests. It looks like it has such a carefree nature, even while it is working to make things right for you. See below for example.

Oooh, this fits really well for Tonks. Due to the fact that Achillea can survive in a variety of growing conditions reflects her ability to adapt to situations and still stay firm and tough.

I like your point here. Tonks is clearly a very resistant person who is able to stay tough in any situation, and the fact that this plant can survive in a lot of conditions reminds me of the fact that Tonks is able to change her appearance and adapt to all situations, even finding a way to thrive. Tonks comes off as being very fun loving and carefree, but there is a hidden depth, that you highlighted here.

Hmm, I always had the impression that Yarrow was poisonous? (Or maybe I"ve just been reading too much Warriors XD) I wouldn't have thought of this to represent Tonks myself, but I think it does represent the "tough" side of personality

I really think it's fitting that Tonks would have a plant that comes in many different colours. I also like the idea of attracting allies and repelling pests. She does seem carefree but she is a hard worker and very dedicated to what she believes in. She will stick through any drought, just like this flower. Excellent choice. Is yellow specifically those things or do all the colors have that, too? I ask simply because, while I think she'd explore yellow, I wonder how the other colours reflect her personality as well.

This fits Tonks very well! They are both very tough and also have that carefree, loving nature! And also that the Yarrow comes in a variety of colors makes it more perfect!

Ohh this is perfect! Especially since Tonks can change her appearance and one of the first things we see her do is change her hair colour and the plant comes in a variety of colours! Love it!
