Essay: The song reminds me of Voldemort's first defeat and more specifically Lily and James Potter and everyone else who died fighting against Voldemort for freedom. The song describes how someone wishes that someone else was here so that they could see what they died for and the new life that they gave everyone. It’s about how wonderful the world’s become after their sacrifice and in the very first chapter of the first HP book it’s basically everything that’s being described. There’s all the celebration that’s going on, with the fireworks and shooting stars, and then in corners there are people mourning those who lost their lives. Word Count: 106
