How do I get started, and how do I not suck?
For what it's worth, this is my gear:
Canon EOS 1000D / Rebel XS
1) 50mm 1.8
2) 28-70 2.4
3) 18-55 something-or-other
And I do have plenty of access to darkness. And a bright torch.
