Potion Name: Bedtime Brew
Ingredients:
Valerian - a calming herb
Passion flower - reduces nervousness and anxiety
Licorice root - an overall body tonic
Cinammon bark - aids digestion
Rose hips - eases joint & muscle pain
peppermint - relieves headaches
Preparation: Fill an infusion ball with the mix and let seep until desired strength is reached. (I like it strong.) You can adjust the porportions back and forth a little depending on what sypmtoms you're feeling if you like.
Result: This brew helps calm the mind and prepare the body for sleep. The minor ingredients help a variety of symptoms that can prevent sleep.

Kimberly/Ravenclaw
This insomnia brew was invented because I love hot tea, have trouble sleeping, but hate the taste of chamomile, the most common Muggle solution. Rose hips, peppermint & cinammon have proven the alternative that works for me.
