Hello Wizarding Games members!! It's time for... *drum roll* Monopoly!!!

Right, in order to speed up the play we're going to be auctioning off all of the properties on the board.

I'm going to put a comment to this post for every property. All bifs should be replies to these. It'd be best if you replied to each other in threads, as in not just all to the original comment but to the previous bid. Keep an eye on this thread incase people don't.

You guys can pay whatever you want for them, just post in comments to the main post. I will take the highest bidder at 3am UTC Friday. (what is UTC?)

Points: Each of you will be starting the game with 1500pts. Whatever you bid for properties will come out of this fund.

The four common rooms (ravenclaw_house, gryff_lions, the_puff_house and cunningfolk) are each worth 200pts. Fine is based on the number of common rooms that player owns: 25pts for one, 50pts for two, 100pts for three, and 200pts for all four. Each common room has a mortgage value of 100pts.

The two application comms (platform_934 and hih_appeals) are each worth 150pts. If a player owns either, fine is equal to the amount shown on the dice times 4. If a player owns both, fine is equal to the amount shown on the dice times 10. Each application comm has a mortgage value of 75pts.
