Hello DADA-ers!

I love NCIS (I totally love McGee!) and apparently so does goddess_of_ice because she suggested this amazing activity (pssss you get 5 extra points if you participate!). For all you non NCIS lovers, Agent Gibbs has a set of rules that he had he is current up to Rule 51. So we are going to come up with the Rules for Defense Against the Dark Arts because we know Dark Arts has no rules!
