So as Halloween is right around the corner and from people's suggestions, I've picked:

Deadlines: Starts now, ends 5th November.

Starting October 30, you will be able to state whether you think Halloween festivities i.e. faires or pranks on Halloween night are acceptable, or just going over the top.
