Get ready for an Amazing Clubs Race!

Hi, HiH! Your club leaders have a very special announcement.

Starting tomorrow, August 1, and lasting for 12 days, we are going to be hosting our very first ever hh_clubs-wide activity! The idea behind this is based on the TV show The Amazing Race, but you don't need to have watched it to play.


The Race will begin tomorrow. We (the clubsmods) will start it off. To play in the race, simply complete the activity. Once you have done so, you will be given a clue (by PM, so please have PMs turned on), which will lead you to the next activity in the Race and tell you exactly what to do.

You will continue to do activities and follow the clues. When you get your final clue (you'll know it when you see it!), you'll receive instructions on where to go to cross the finish line!

The first three people to cross the finish line WIN, and receive fame and glory (and special sigtags and maybe something better :p). But don't worry if you aren't in the top 3! Everyone who participates will receive a little prize for crossing the finish line.

The Race begins tomorrow and will be open until August 12. You may join and participate at any point during that time. All activities will be posted by August 6.



We hope you all will join us on this fun adventure! We're all super excited to be hosting it, so we hope you will play along.

Also, as an extra incentive, you do not need to be on the rosters to play in the Amazing Clubs Race! You can earn bonus points if you are, but you won't be penalized if you aren't.

Yes! It's a little like Hogsmeade, where each activity is worth points on its own, but they kind of all go together. And like Hogsmeade, each activity will tell you the minimum you need to do to be able to move on to the next activity.

It should be more clear once it gets started, but the short answer is yes!
