CHARM: Fidelius Charm
CHARACTER: August "Auggie" Anderson, from Covert Affairs

As an operative for the CIA, Auggie is trusted with military and international secrets. His biggest secrets, though, tend to involve his lady friends and Annie Walker. Although he is very open about his past and how he became blind (due to an explosion while serving in the Army in Iraq), he keeps other things under the tightest of wraps. We have seen him do things as mundane as pretending to be the Smithsonian Institution switchboard operator to keep Annie's sister from discovering her real job, to pretending he didn't have any contact with the reporter leaking CIA information back in Season 1, to connecting Annie's tech needs so she won't be killed by the super-scary international criminal she's trying to track down from week to week. If that isn't keeping secrets to your very soul, I don't know what is!

I've never watched the show so I'm not familiar with the character, but after reading your explanation it seems like he is a really good candidate for the Fidelius Charm. It seems to be very fitting.

I have to totally agree with this one. I watch Cover Affairs and the Fidelius Charm does fit Auggie. He is someone that sits in the middle of all sorts of information and keeps it to himself unless absolutely necessary. He is a very good CIA agent using his secret keeping skills wisely - he knows who to keep the secrets from and knows when it is the right time to reveal them.

I was just reading a reference to Auggie in Entertainment Weekly. It was more about Auggie's hot body, but hey, I'm fine with that as well. Anyway, back to the topic at hand. This is a nice and clever explanation of the Fidelius Charm!
