This tea does exactly what it sets out to do-put you to sleep! It has a nice soothing flavor that makes you feel all warm and cozy inside. Within minutes I was dozing off in my easy chair! Highly recommended for those with trouble sleeping, or for those that just enjoy a nice warm tea. Miss Delivera's knows their stuff!
