DADA: Famous Patronus

Hello All DADA-ers!

Sorry for the two week break but I am back and ready for more Dark Arts Fun!

So have you ever wondered what Chuck Norris’s patronus would be, how about Jack Bauer, Luke Skywalker, or Brittney Spears? Well here is the opportunity to debate this out.

Details:
1. Post someone (real or fictional) who you would like to know what other people would assign as their patronus – do not put your opinion. Get 2 points per suggestion
2. Go and suggest patronuses for the famous people other people suggest and why you suggest that patronus. Get 10 points for first suggeston and 2 points per suggestion after that.
3. After the activity ends, you will get a message telling you to vote on the best patronus suggestion for the person that you named – the person that wins gets 10 points bonus points.

Points
You can get up to 20 points posting and Suggesting and get the 10 bonus points once so the most points you can get is 30 from this activity. You can get 10 book points as well.

Here's why this is their Patronus: I'd say that House is a Fox because he's cunning and manipulative, and that Wilson is a dog because of his loyalty.

Patronus: Arctic hare
Here's why this is their Patronus: It's sleek and graceful and pale, pale white, which matches up with my idea of Legolas. But both characters are very loyal and not particularly devious, so I went with the arctic hare instead of ermine or arctic fox.

Here's why this is their Patronus: Because Orlando seems to be someone who truly enjoys his youth, beauty and freedom, and his characters always have keen agility and senses, therefore I imagine it would apply to him as well.

Patronus: Horse
Here's why this is their Patronus: Horses are kind of arrogant, and what's more, they're beautiful too. :D

Patronus: American shorthair cat
Here's why this is their Patronus: It's not as glamourous as I would like, but a cat suits him. Cats are playful and know how to have fun, but at the same time they won't let you get away with anything dumb around them. If you're not acting to their satisfaction, they will darn well let you know. I always see cats as rather snarky. I think Stewart would rely on a cat -- claws, snark, caterwauling and all -- to defeat a Dementor. As for the particular breed... he's Jon Stewart! His patronus would definitely be something American. :P

Patronus: Bull (longhorn, maybe)
Here's why this is their Patronus: This is his Patronus, not his animagus form, so it's not about his personality, but what he believes in. People think cows are slow and stupid and kind of cute, but bulls are big, loud, and can be really aggressive and dangerous. Bulls kill people. They're "misunderestimated". GWB is "bull-headed" and thinks it's something to be proud of: you don't need to listen to other people! Your way is the best way! Charge on in there! Bull in a china shop! He would really love having a Patronus that could skewer things with its head. Plus, Dubya ~loves Texas~ and the bull is a symbol of Texas. (I JUST DON'T WANT TO GIVE HIM THE LONGHORN BECAUSE I WANT TO GO TO THAT SCHOOL, OK :( )

That's a lot of "bull" jokes. :|

Patronus: Tabby Tom Cat
Here's why this is their Patronus: A Tabby Tom cat is a male cat who is very strong and does a lot of fighting and shall we say 'catting around' He can take care of himself much like Catp Kirk does.

Here's why this is their Patronus: He would need something that is very fast, because he seems to move very fast on the court. So I thought of the cheetah, the fastest of the land animals plus Roger seems very cat like to me as well.

Patronus: Peacock
Here's why this is their Patronus: The male peacock is very beautiful and has bright feathers. Plus when they are trying to get a females attention they make loud cries and Drake is a very good singer and uses his voice to get dates.

I've only watched Drake and Josh a few times with my daughter so I hope this was okay.

Here's why this is their Patronus: Mr. Feeny is a very wise man as is KITT and I always think of William Daniels as taking on the traits of both. He seems like a wise person with a very nice voice.

Patronus: a white horse (okay, all patronuses are white-ish, but anyway.)
Here's why this is their Patronus: Gandalf shows such an affinity for Shadowfax that I can't associate his Patronus with any other animal. Shadowfax practically is a Patronus in the books, since Gandalf uses him when he needs to fend off evil or carry messages. I think a wild/feral horse works best, since Gandalf doesn't like to be told what to do or to be confined. They are strong, independent, but still concerned about the good of the group. There's also the link between (post-Balrog) Gandalf and the colour white.

Here's why this is their Patronus: I'd say Black Bear because of his size as well as the area he lives in on the reservation as Black Bears prefer forested areas.

Patronus: Parrot
Here's why this is their Patronus: Parrots are talkative, and they're also intelligent, which is sidelined in the face of the parrot's garrulousness. Also, they remain close with their mates, even in larger flocks. J.D. is talkative, which tends to sideline the fact that he's also quite intelligent and does care about his patients quite a bit, and still remains close with Eliot.
