Details: The Ministry of Magic has decided its time for a "Change". So they've summoned ALL witches and wizards to their new office of "Magical Decisions". To make a long story short - they are LIMITING ALL WITCHES AND WIZARDS WANDS to ONLY have the power to cast FIVE spells, curses or charms PERIOD.
