This is true. I just think that if it was to the point of exclusive parties and curfew extensions, it had some kind of official approval. But yeah, inappropriate fraternization was kind of the norm for Hogwarts. Dumbledore kind of sucked ass as a Headmaster. It's a wonder the teen pregnancy rate at Hogwarts wasn't through the roof.
