If a parent can't trust their child not to purchase material they've specifically forbidden them to buy, then why are they giving the kid money at all? And again, babysitters are the answer. I don't care how hard the parent has to work, no child should be left unsupervised under any circumstances. The problem isn't the media-- it's poor parenting. Therefore, the governments hould be handling parenting skills, rather than trying to curtail the rights of the rest of the country.
