If you're offended by the music being played at a store, submit a complaint and stop shopping there. Quite frankly, if everyone just made their opinions known by boycotting, then stores would take care of it themselves. Government action is completely uncalled for. What person A finds offensive, person B may enjoy enthusiastically, and there's no way to remove what offens A without offending B. The best thing to do is don't buy it, don't shop there, and make an opinion known. That takes it neatly out of the way of people it offends, and doesn't interfere with the rights of peope who enjoy it.
