I would dearly love to know what convenience store you go to, because I was under the impression that nudity on magazine covers is supposed to be blocked from sight. Though, to be blunt, I don't agree to even that much censorship. The human body is a beautiful thing, and all covering it up and treating it (or sex) as dirty does is foster negative emotions and lower self-esteem. What is inappriopriate to one person may be completely innocent to another, and it's not the government's place to decide which to allow.
There's no link proven between exposure to violence in the media and violence in reality. Someone who commits a crime because they "saw it on TV" is likely already suffering from a mental illness, and are unable to seperate fantasy from reality. Or, in the case of a child, is suffering from a parent/guardian who failed to explain why such behavior is inappropriate to them. Moon Faery//Slytherin
