Dueling Club - August duel...

Hello!

This is the official duel for August... We have only two participants, which is sad, but nonetheless this will be a great event...

Okay, here are the rules:


I will ask you 7 (seven) questions about the topic of famous wizards.

You will answer in a comment to the question.

The first paticipant to answer correctly gains 1 (one) point. The participant with the most points after all 7 questions will be the winner.

Remember, dueling is about speed and skill! Only the first correct answer to a question gains a point.



Everything understood? Great! But first, are shadowkitten87 from Hufflepuff and floppydingdong from Gryffindor here? Please answer in a comment below...

EDIT: Half an hour elapsed without the duelants (sic!) appearing, so this duel is canceled! There will be no more official duels in this month, and you just passed a chance for gaining up to 50 house points.
The next duel will be held in September...

Oh sh**, yeah, you're right of course... It's a German/English confusion, Denglish as it's called... In German it would be Duellanten, so there's the mistake that crept into my English...

Well, I'm not a native speaker, so I'm allowed to make such mistakes for the amusement of you natives... ^_^

Hehe, amen to that! I'm French (I actually mostly speak German at home, though). Now I live in the states so I am a master at denglish, franglais, dench, you name it! Hehe
