Okay, so perhaps not all of you are home for the Holidays yet. Perhaps you just haven't seen that shiny thing that grabs your photographer's eye.

So, I'm giving you all another week to enter the December Shutterbug Society Contest! Remember, it's Christmas at the Burrow- and we only have TWO entries!!

Entries will not be accepted after December 22nd. Voting will go up on the 23rd, and end on the 28th.

Hey HiHers!

I kind of had a panic attack yesterday when I realized that I wanted to have my contest end on the 20th so I could get points in. Bah. So I'm extending it to the 27th. (Cutting it close, I know.)

Okay, so what is our next contest, you ask?? It's a QUOTE HUNT!

[x] Under the cut are 10 quotes from books, poems, epics, etc.
[x] Find the AUTHOR and TITLE of the work and post it as a comment to this entry.
[x] Points will be standard (50/40/30/10) - first person in with the correct answers gets 50 and so on. 10 pts for participating! :D
[x] Feel free to use Google or another search engine to help if you get stuck. :)
